1.Identification of the driver and their vehicle: When you request a ride, Wappi sends your request to nearby drivers. After you are matched with a driver, the Wappi shares information about the vehicle and driver headed to your pickup location:

• A photo of your driver,
• Car ID and plate number with the trip number

2.SOS Panic button: You can also inform your family members and friends during emergencies and dangerous situations:

• Add up to 5 emergency contacts from your address book in the app settings,
• When you press the SOS Panic button, an SMS with your latest location is sent to all your emergency contacts.

3.Reviews And Rating:You can write reviews and give the rating at the end of the trip as per your experience of the taxi services and drivers.

1.No surprise: You know the estimated cost of your trip before requesting a ride. Wappi app calculates the fare that you have to pay, based on the distance and duration of the trip.

2.No fee changes:When your order for a taxi, whether you are alone, with a friend or whoever else, the fare for the ride remains the same.

3.Choose how you want to pay: Wappi offer different payment methods. Whether by credit card, cash, mobile money or Wappi wallet, choice is yours.

4.Split fare: If you are sharing a ride with friends, Wappi allows you to split the fare so that everyone pays an equal portion of the total cost.

1.Taxis: Wappi offers an extensive selection of vehicles, ranging from 2 wheels to luxury. There are five categories of Wappi taxis, and the fares are thus different. We have motorcycle taxis, taxis without air conditioning system (Eco), taxis with Air conditioning system (Comfort), luxury vehicles (VIP) and large vehicles (XL) for those who needs more space. When booking, you have to indicate the category you want.

2. Rental: Wappi offer a large selection of vehicles (economy, luxury, family and groups) for daily, weekly and long-term rentals. You can rent the car of your dreams based on hours, with a fixed price and km included in the package.
